Can I install OSX that came with an intel onto a PPC iMac G3?

I am in the process of upgrading my older iMac G3. I have uped all the hardware and now Im moving to the software. I have a copy of OSX 10.4 that came with a new Intel iMac. I now that I can install this on other computers but will my Power PC G3 be compatible with the software I have?
First of all I already consulted the terms and conditions and it is permitted that I use the software on as many personally owned computers as I want as along as I don't use it for monetary gain.

Secondly, I already upgraded the hardware. And now I meet the min. requirements.
