Web hosting problem?

i trying to get a free web hosting with lots of function..any recommand?

i will pay money soon for a domain but i am a beginner,i want to get some hands-on experience first...

Best have 500mb above
support pfp
have blog...

also i got some copyright question to ask

-am i allowed to upload freeware like anti-virus that are free?
-am i allowed to upload game like cs,warcraft.....
-or what type of file am i allowed to upload?
