Problem with Adobe Photoshop 2.0?

Everytime I open my Adobe Photoshop 2.0, a window pops up saying "Could not complete your request because of missing or invalid personalization information." Then when you press ok, it closes. It's been doing this for 3 days, I even tried rebooting. I misplaced my CD, can anyone please help me with this problem? Thanks.
