Default Photoshop CS3 Help (Swatch Exchange File)?

Hello!

I have Adobe CS3, and I have created and downloaded some swatch exchange files. I know how to open them up as color swatches, but they are always appended to the end of whatever colors are allready there.

Is there a fast way to create a palette of ONLY the colors from the swatch? Or a way for multiple palettes for orginizational porpouses even? Its a bit of a pain always appending to the end of a long list of colors.

Thanks!
