I've already tried to fix it through the adobe website but none of the help links work and the only think i can find to contact somebody from adobe is you have to buy a service plan.
does anyone have any idea how to help me?

Make sure you typed in the serial number correctly, and if you did, call Adobe. Look for a phone number on the website or a way you can contact them, you should not pay money just for them to help you activate the software.

Besides i dont think thats a chargeable service if your cd key doesnt work its not your problem and should be free of charge, they still have customer support numbers to call to purchase it, so call that number and tell them your problem.

Also for me when i was installing it it gave me the option to register it over the phone with a product number thru photoshop (not the key)
