how can i add an rss feed to my 360 page, I keep getting an error sign?

Stardust, I got the rss feed from the site I wanted(didnt know about pasting). Can you please go thru the steps (for someone who is computer illiterate, lol). I went to the site got the rss feed and tried to put it on my blog on 360 and continue to get the error sign. Please Help!
Also i did get the URL, isnt that what I should put in , because when I do I continue to get the error sign.
